A RETROSPECTIVE GLANCE… 

Communic Translation Company (Eng. "communication" – information transfer, exchange of opinion, interpersonal communication) was established in 2008 by a certified project manager and a professional translator with vast experience in the translation market. At that moment there were about 2000 different translation agencies – large and tiny (consisting of just one freelance translator), officially incorporated and virtual ones without any office premises – operating in the Ukrainian market. 

The Company started by launching a website and renting small facilities. The Company’s strategy was sharply focused on rendering B2B language services: translation services for corporate clients. 

The first clients were found exclusively through direct sales and the Internet. The resulting clientele with their references and recommendations opened yet another channel for attraction of clients.
 
Today the Company’s client base maintains the steady and unabated growth. Presently Communic Company boasts over 100 businesses as its loyal corporate Clients. Moreover, the greater part of them are former corporate clients of other well-known translation agencies. 

An inside glance at the Company will reveal a carefully picked team of reliable managers and translators. We have moved to spacious office premises. We’ve opened two regional branches. We’ve developed and implemented a unique quality assurance system. We’ve introduced new policies and implemented new efficient procedures. A CRM system has been adopted to further improve the language services rendered to our Clients. 

We’ve automated the project distribution and assignment and thus streamlined our service. We have created Communica (www.translation-service.kiev.ua), a service unprecedented and unique in Ukraine to enable our translators to receive and send projects faster. Many of our Clients find it comfortable to submit their orders in this manner instead of traditional e-mail delivery (to ensure the message doesn’t get lost in spam). 

The automation helped us cut off the expenses on order processing and accelerate the service rate in addition. We are among the few companies rendering services of translation outsourcing. We develop specialized translation PRODUCTS tailor-made for individual customers. 

The major part of our profits is invested in further development. We have a clear-cut strategy which gets consistently put into practice. 

We keep a steady pace as shown by the growth rates of our Company. We enjoy trust and receive references – we are obviously doing it right!
